Refund and Return Policy
MAS Detroit strive to provide a seamless experience for all our customers. Since we offer on-site activities and accept online donations, here is our refund/return policy:
Activity Registrations:
If you need to cancel your registration for an on-site activity, please notify us at least [48 hours] in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Online Donations:
Donations are non-refundable as they are considered voluntary contributions. If you believe an error was made, please contact us within [48 hours] of the transaction.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
